    Try to click on "Click here to view these templates".
    After that click revert them if possible.

      This is what I get.

      I assume this problem is related to the numorus other issues I am having.

      I just re-uploaded all the files to the server and still no work.

        Are you listed as a Super Administrator in your config.php file?

          // ****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******
          // The users specified below will have permission to access the administrator permissions
          // page, which controls the permissions of other administrators
          $config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = '1';

          I am userid 1 in the user table.

            Did you try to use upgrade.php again?

              Starting to think it's a bigger problem cause I get this error when attempting to reply to a thread.

              - - - Updated - - -

              Yes. Still the same. /bbs/ still blank, can't reply to threads and admincp is completely useless.

                Have you uploaded all files? It seems ./core/includes/xml/cpnav_vbulletin.xml is missing.
