    Then you need to contact your host and make sure the webserver has permissions to write to those directories. Most likely issue is the webserver uses a different user than your FTP client.

    I have write the chmod 777 from FTP
    and to make sure go to cp

    I have made the chmod 777 for customavatars,customprofilepics and signaturepics
    but the message when I press GO

    "We attempted to write a test file to ./customavatars, but we were unsuccessful. Please verify that the web server has write/delete permissions for this path."

    I still see issue with avatars/thumbnails, might not be chmod 777 yet.

    ACP >> Avatars >> User Picture Storage Type

    Another thing I suggest, you change your avatar since you made some changes to make sure the avatar has actually been uploaded.

    They are fine indeed... How about your avatars and thumbnails directories? I am looking at the Admin's profile and I see broken avatar and thumbnails.
    If that's in filesystem, make sure they are chmod 777.
