You first need to set a CNAME record with GoDaddy.
    See this article:

Once that's done, please let us know.

  • Configure CNAME record to point from Godaddy domain name to vBulletin Cloud ?

    Dear alls,
I am a newbie in this field. I have just bought vBulletin 5.1.3 + vBulletin Cloud + 1 domain name from Godaddy. Could you please show me how to connect them then i can start to install vBulletin ? I try so many times but still not work.

This is a part of my email information after bought
"Since you have chosen to use your own domain (rather than a sub-domain on
vbulletin.net), you must configure this domain's CNAME record with your domain registrar (or other DNS service provider if used) in order for your forum to be displayed on that domain. You will want the CNAME to point to the following URL:
    xxxxx.vbulletin.net"

    Best Regards,
    Jonathan
