  • How to change forum button style?

Anyone know how to change the button styling? Can't seem to find the option in StyleVar. Is there a CSS file where i can do this?

By buttons, do you mean the ones like Reply to Thread?

What particular button are you trying to adjust?

Mainly buttons that are blue by default. For example...

        "+ New Topic"
        "Post Reply"
        "Post"
        "Preview"

Are you referring to the variables under the Style Variable Editor or something else? If StyleVar editor, I can't find a variable that changes the button color or gradient color. The only variables I see are for changing the border color or font color .

The stylevars linked to are for vBulletin 4.x.

Edit the classes for the buttons in the css_additional.css template.

Whoops, my bad. Didn't notice it was for vBulletin 5.

I figured it out. I ended up editing the Global.css file directly and was able to change the buttons . Thanks for suggestions.

Should always use css_additional.css - what happens if the default gets overwritten at some point? All your changes are lost...

css_additional.css is always the last called so therefore will override default templates
