          How do I reduce the 22px padding of the header?

            The logo has a 22 pixel padding at the top. Is that what you mean?

            You can assign your own custom CSS within the css_additional.css template.

            Code:
            #header .site-logo {
                padding-top: 22px;
            }

              If you right click on a website and Inspect the padding around the logo, you can see the padding value. In the default case of vbulletin 5 style, it is clearly shown as
              padding
              :
              22px 10px 26px 10px
              ;

                That is how I determined that the CSS code above is what you need to change. There is no style variable for this value.

                  Hello Wayne,

                  I checked the css_additional.css, but found only empty space.

                  Do I need to bring in this additional code?

                  What are the commands, if I want to change the padding values for all four sides to 5px ?

                    Yes... The css_additional.css template is shipped intentionally blank so you can add your own custom CSS to the system. You need to add your own CSS here to override the default CSS provided in the style system.
