Channel Permissions Issue
I am having an issue with my channel permissions. Firstly, I am missing the forum list (see image), and when I try to change the permissions per usergroup, they
do not seem to take.
Using 5.1.2 PL3.
I have tried it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.....

When I try and use the Duplicate Permissions tool within the Channel Permissions Manager, I get redirected to the following page, with the following error:

User ID 1 is able to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP..
User ID 2 receives a No Permissions error when attempting to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP.
