Possible solution without enabling safe upload mode. Check if upload_tmp_dir is set in php.ini and make sure the directory is writable (chmod 777)

No sure if i am checking correctly.

I got this using debug tools:
    Code:
Consider using 'dppx' units instead of 'dpi', as in CSS 'dpi' means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual 'dpi' of a screen. In media query expression: (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), (min-resolution: 192dpi)

It seems to be loading an error page in that 'Send it to the Server' iframe. Inspect that page in the debugger tool and check if there is any error message on that page. You may need to turn debug mode to true to see the actual error message.

Huge issues with uploading/embedding images just in general on vb5.
