The config.php file in the includes folder is missing in VB5; I can't make a new super admin. How else can I make a super admin?

The config.php file that you are looking for is in /core/includes/.Translations provided by Google.

I haven't messed with vb5 since 5.0 and we had to edit presentation file at that time. When going in to edit the file it is different and says

I upgraded to 5 beta 14 from 4.1.11 Alpha.
After I logged in to the admincp, I can not see my old threads or posts there. The forum was disabled so I enabled it back.
