facebook not working

Hello,

we are on vbulletin 5.1.1 and try to use facebook intergration, i made a app in facebook copyd the codes but it isn't working.
what could be wrong.

i followed the manual but that didn't help much.

This is the error message i get:
App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login.

Under Facebook Options, I have enabled Facebook platform.
I setup the app on Facebook a few weeks ago.
I connected my account a few weeks ago.

When I log out and try to log back...
