Channel Moderators are not able to view the Reports in vB 5.1.0. How do we set the permissions for viewing the reports?

This is a very old topic and really isn't relevant to today. There have been over 100 versions of vBulletin released since this was created. This includes thousands of resolved bugs, improvements and new features. Around 17,000 in the decade that vBulletin 5 has been available. Everything from misspelled words and this is off by 1 pixels on my obscure phone to live messaging functionality. And everything in between.
As far as I am aware there are no known issues with viewing reports as long as permissions are set properly.
