Change permissions for creating articles?

Heey all,

I want to make it only possible for admins to create articles.
Is that possible?

In the Admin CP where you set permissions for all channels. Go to Channel Management -> Channel Permissions. Scroll to the Articles channel. Edit your usergroups and remove the "Can Post New Topic" permission. All sub-channels will inherit those permissions.

on VB 5.1.0 that is work, but user cant reply on topic. apear info "Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page"
any other way to edit user group on specific channel
