How to Add Activity Stream Module for Articles

I found trouble when i wanna add activity stream module for Articles on page. The activity stream module always shown for Forum. How to change it to article ?

There is a "Articles module" (widget_articledisplay) but as far as I can tell, you can only use it on the "Articles" channel.

Yup...i know, but we need it available when we create for Home Page Custom Page...

This is one of the things I am looking for too. I want to publish articles to the Custom Home Page.
