Well thanks for the responses. The Urljet people deleted everything and I uploaded a fresh VBulletin 5.05 they deleted the core/install/folder for me. I am now able to use the site builder.
As a rookie this forum set up is not easy.

Thanks. About a year ago I had UrlJet install vBulletin for me. Life and other various distractions happened and now I'm ready to go ahead and get vBulletin running. I haven't been able get the site builder to respond, the toggle switch remains off. What could I do to wake it up?

This procedure isn't associated with the Site Builder functionality. Nor can it be performed within the vBulletin software.

You would conenct to your site with FTP and navigate to the /core/ directory. Click on the /install/ directory once inside /core/ and press the delete key on your keyboard.

started a topic delete the /core/install/ folder.

    delete the /core/install/ folder.

How do I go about finding that file? Delete the /core/install/ folder in the above paragraph. I'm a newbie. Thanks for any help! That will be my first step in trying to get the toggle switch
to the on position to get the Site builder to open for me.
