Check if the "/var/www/html" is also set to "AllowOverride All" in the httpd.conf file, I changed this here and it worked(restart apache server after change)

this problem still exists. I followed the installation guide step-by-step and this isn't my first vbulletin installation. Some support would be great. Thank you!

You'll notice the forum works, but it doesn't read the stylesheet. http://goo.gl/aiwfXv

    Does url/forum/core/AdminCP work?

    I appreciate the reply.

mod_rewrite is enabled on the server (it's rackspace)

AllowOverride is NOT set to None

I changed the RewriteBase to reflect /forum/

Still, it's saying page not found.

Any other suggestions, I'm officially baffled.

Is mod_rewrite enabled on the server? And if so, make sure AllowOverride is not set to None in your httpd.conf file or it won't read your .htaccess file.

Also, since your files are in the /forum directory, you will need to change this line in your .htaccess file:

    #RewriteBase /

    to this line:

    RewriteBase /forum/

Most likely cause is that you're missing the required .htaccess included in the upload folder with vBulletin.

AdminCP is giving me a "Not Found" page

    Hello,

I have properly went through the installation process.

The admincp panel does this: http://goo.gl/bRuPZG

The forum isn't reading the stylesheet and looks like this: http://goo.gl/aiwfXv

Could someone please advise what the issue is? It'd be greatly appreciated.

    Jason
