  • Deleted "Blog" in the forum manager...

...and now I'm getting Database Error reports in my email (granted, it's from spam bots that are linking to it directly since I removed the navbar link).

I didn't mean to delete it, but I did, and now I can't find a way to get it back without a fresh install. Is there anyway to get it back?

    Thanks.

How did you manage to delete the Blogs channel? If I try to do this, I always get a message "That action could not be completed...".

The "Blog Home Module" (Site Builder > Edit Page) can't be deleted since it has no Delete button.

The Blogs channel in the AdminCP – as said above – also can't be deleted.

If you deleted the link to the blog page in the navigation bar, it is easy to get it back:
Open Site Builder > Navigation Bar > New Navigation Item. For "Navigation Item Name" insert whatever you want (e.g. Blogs), for "Target URL" enter blogs. Optionally set permissions for specific usergroups. Save it and you have your Blogs link back.
