It looks like you are missing the .htaccess file. There is an .htaccess file in the upload folder of the download package. It must be uploaded to your website root directory. If you have an Apple Mac computer OSX may hide this file by default. You will need to enable the showing of hidden files and upload the file. -

Hi guys,
I downloaded vBulletin 5.0.3 from the member centre but there doesn't seem to be a .htaccess file at all.
