Is there a number of word restriction that can be chanced in the blog setting .

Can't limit number of words, but you can change the limit on the number of characters.
Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> vBulletin Blog: Entry Options -> Maximum Characters Per Entry. The default is 10000. -

Oh I'm sorry I thought I was still in the VB 4.x forum.
In VB5 the same max is shared across posts, groups, and blogs. It is in the Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options, Maximum Characters Per Post.Comment

The maximum characters allowed in a blog = 10,000.
How do we increase that?
