How to: Make a Forum Rules page
Have a client, that saw the Forum Rules page here on VB (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/help#...ew/general_tos), and asked for such a page to be added to his site when I upgrade to VB5. also the various options in the left column?
How was this made in VB5?

I was able to run the upgrade script from vBulletin 3.8.7 to 5.3.3
Pages load, but not the contents of the page. Every page shows:
Invalid Page URL

The vB team told me they support nginx, so I switched to that from Lighttpd. I haven't heard back from them since Saturday, so I come to you.
