    I would say, yes it does need a support ticket, but somehow the test site needs to be put on the internet (albeit behind .htaccess or similar) so that we can access.

    We won't work on 5.0.5, too many bugs that have since been fixed, but it shouldn't be happening in 5.1.2.

    For us on 5.1.2

    We are experiencing this issue in one topic for one user on our production environment (5.0.5) and all topics for all non-admins in our test environment (5.1.2). Because this bug occurs so often in the test environment we are hesitant to upgrade the production environment. However, the test environment can't be reached from the internet, so I'm not sure if vBulletin can find anything.

    I'll try to contact vBulletin Support. Thanks for your reply!

    Hey there bw_van_manen
    Zachery Woods was working on this case back then.
    In the end he could not figure out for us why it was happening.
    There was nothing in debugging nothing anywhere.
    But so far after the latest updates we haven't experienced this.

    Are you using the newest VB ?

    If so try contacting them and tell them that they had a case with this on
    Ticketid: 1229739
    so Zachery might have more info on this.

    So as the forum is Live
    we can not leave Debug mode on for allot of time.
    is it ok to create a support ticket and schedule all this in the next 1-2 hours ?

    In the ticket i can provide logins

    Put your forum into debug mode and reply with the full error...

    Open your /config.php file and find the line:
    $config['debug'] = false;

    Change it to:
    $config['debug'] = true;

    Upload it to the server.

    When done, change the line back to false.
