I'm just looking at vBulletin5 for the first time. I've noticed the two config files - config.php.bkp (which you just rename) and the config.php file you have to rename and edit in the core directory. This config_cli.php.new file is still there.
What's it for?

The config_cli.php file is used for internal purposes in configuring Cloud sites. You can delete it without consequence.Translations provided by Google.
