  • Can't Access Site Builder

I just installed the latest version of vbulletin. When I'm logged in as admin, the on-off switch in the right corner does not appear. The only thing I did was change the username of the admin. How do I access the site builder?

    Thanks

Are you on a mobile device? What browser?

I'm using Chrome on Windows 8.

      I'll try it in IE

That did the trick. Looks like it doesn't work in Chrome.

Looks like it doesn't work in Firefox either. IE only

            That isn't true.

Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then restarting the browser.

I'm experiencing this same problem. There is no on/off toggle when I log in as admin in Chrome, FireFox and Safari. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, nothing works. I'm on a Mac, so IE isn't an option for me. Please help! We obviously need to be able to access the site builder.

Okay, I figured out what the problem on my site was. I needed to give myself access to the Site Builder, which is done by going to Admincp > Usergroups > Admin Permissions, selecting the user who needs access and making sure "Can access Site Builder" is selected.
