facebook option

could anyone show/direct me, how to make this facebook connection for registration?
I have enable facebook option, but still "facebook application ID" & "facebook secret" left empty.
please advise how to make this 100% complete.

is there any links? manual? or clues on how to get/create this apps? I enroll in facebook developer account, but still lost...
I really wanna have my forum linked with facebook... Pleas advise...
