Notifications -> Daily in /settings/notifications are not working n 5.0.4

So the Notifications are not working when set to daily.
When they are set to ON people get the emals for each thing.

But when set to Daily it does not send any email to the user at all.

So no one else have this problem ?

I am sure its not working for all installations.

Any news if 5.0.5 Release Candidate 2 has fixed that ?
