problem 1 ) the text between <> is not displayed. Any solution?
problem 2) if i edit the post, the code inside the code tag is much longer but if you see the post, the code is truncated. Any solution?
I don't know if this is a bug or a simple option to set but i searched on google and i didn't find a solution.

1) turn off HTML for that user. < > denote HTML tags and when left raw the Browser will not show them if they don't recognize the tag. This is how every website works. If you remove the HTML permissions, they will be turned into their proper entities for display.
2) Same as #1... Turn off the HTML permissions in that channel.
Channel Management -> Channel Permissions. Turn off Can Use HTML for the usergroups it is affecting.
