Edit the Help Entry for the site terms and enter your rules. Link to it. The general url is /help#community_overview/general_tos
In the Admin CP go to Help -> Help Manager. It will list all the help entries.
See: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/help#...ew/general_tos
Here the link above is added into the forum footer using Site Builder as well.

Linking to rules
Hi,
On the naviagtion bar i want to make link to the forum rules.
Can that be done directly or do need to make a extra page with al the rules on them.
I prefer not to make special page for this, when you do it like that and you need to change a rule you must do it on two places.
I know littel of topic have same question voor vbulletin 3.8.7 P 3

New page feature? Is there a tutorial?
