  • Installed Vbulletin 5.0.2 using a local server and..

I did everything the same as if i had vb4, using the same local server mac problem MAMP. The install went great, everything got loaded on the tables and when it finished to bring me back to the admincp its saying i dont have permission to access the server. ok.. so when i restart mamp and go to my site now the forum loads but there is no css and the iframe on the top is giving me a ssl error inside the iframe saying it couldnt load the page.

Is there something im not doing right? Is this a known bug? is something not linked right thats making me not be able to load the admincp after fresh install. All my port and mysql things are right obviously at this point..

Is this in a sub-directory? If so, you need to add this to your .htaccess:

    RewriteBase /sub-directory/

    right under:

    RewriteEngine On

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
