Changing "User Profile" title

I want to change the <title> tag of every user profile page. Now it is just "User Profile", I want it to be the user's username.

Now when I open: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/member/437613-mactep the title is "User Profile - vBulletin Community Forum", I want it to be "mactep - User Profile - vBulletin Community Forum".

How can I change it?

I have a temporary solution for this (including changing the meta description that includes the username) while waiting for official fix. It requires editing the "header" template. Although editing templates is not recommended, it's unavoidable if you want to fix this for SEO.

This is how it looks like if you google user profiles on my site. Notice the title and description include the username which make them unique and good for SEO.
