  • Error- Signed request has an invalid signature

    Hi

When trying to create a new account, users are prompted with the following error

An unexpected error was returned: 'Signed request has an invalid signature.'

The error seems to appear on Chrome not on Edge.
    Any hint?

This is not a vBulletin error message. Off hand, it seems you have a problem with your security certificate and Chrome is refusing to decrypt the data.

I think this is the error:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.interpretersweb.com/forums/register' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

But could not know how to fix it. Any suggestions?

vBulletin will load that script via HTTPS if it is using an HTTPS url under Settings → Options → Site URLs and Routing.

If you're actually using an HTTPS URL there, then turn off remote jquery loading under Settings → Options → Server Settings and Optimization Options. Set the Use Remote jQuery option to None.
