Edit the name of that channel in your AdminCP under Channel Management -> Channel Manager.

To remove the Page Title from the visible page, edit the page in Site Builder and delete the Page Title module.

On my vb5 forum, in the article section this is shown CMS Home Page. How can i remove or modify this word CMS Home Page
