    I’ve paid Vbulletin company $ 358, but they have not fulfilled services.
    12th March 2015 I've bought "Upgrade vBulletin 4 Forum to vBulletin 5 Connect" (Order #100023374) for 209$. Purchase of “Vbulletin 5 Connect” is carried out in public and has no restrictions on language.
    25th April 2015 after the conversation (support ticket # 1390661 from 24th April 2015 “Upgrade CMS from 4.2.1 to 5 Connect”) with Vbulletin’s specialist i've paid "Professional Installation/Upgrade" for 149$. Before buying “Vbulletin 5 Connect” Vbulletin company have agreed to the possibility of upgrade from 4 to 5.
    25th April 2015 we gave access to our site to Vbulletin company, then stopped working following site functions: advertising module, changed url-address of homepage, a database error appeared (Error Number: 1054), users can not register on the forum. As a result, I lost the opportunity to obtain earnings from my site.
    As of May 19, 2015 Vbulletin have not fulfilled anything. They refuse to return me the money.
