  • Why exactly are the tumbs up "likes"?

I wonder why we can "like" a post in vB5. Compared to other platforms where one can find a like button, more often the ones giving likes (or dislikes) aren't exactly "liking" something. The usual motivation to click those buttons is, whether or not they are agreeing (or disagreeing) with the author's opinion. So instead of "like", maybe "agree" would be the better labeling?

Maybe... It used to be called Reputation and customers wanted it to be "Like". Now it is "Like".

You can search for the word 'like' in phrases and change it to anything you wish.

This is also part of my plan but now (since it has been spotted) I will have to find an alternative. Damn originality.

            Try "Totally!"
