Problem with Upcoming Events display

I just created a calendar post on our site for the upgrade to 5.7.3. In the upcoming events widget, the date is incorrect. The calendar item has a date of 02-MAR-2023 and the Widget displays 03-MAR-2023 I was able to replicate the issue on my 5.7.3 site as well.

At first thought it had to do with time zones but not after the description. Will have to investigate.
