Problem in removing duplicate node

When I try to rename a section of the forum to cisco, I get the following message.

This URL is already used. Please correct this problem.

When creating a new post, the cisco phrase is also displayed on the browser tab. How can I find and remove this cisco node (node concerning to cisco)?

I don't have enough information on the actual cause of the issue.. Not even a full URL to try and determine what kind of node that is being dealt with here.
