[Bug / Issue] Node Tool Date Last Post Date Filter

Last post date is at least X days filter in AdminCP->NodeTools->Close is broken.
Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to AdminCP->NodeTools->Close
2. PopulateLast post date is at least X days ago field as below.
3. Choose other filtering options as illustrated and click Close Topics
   
4. Choose Close Selectively option to review results
   
5. Note Last Post dates. Should all be prior 11/4/2020, as query was run 11/4/2021.
6. None of the posts in the list are Sticky topics or redirects excluded by the filter
7. All the posts in the list have Original Post dates at least one year prior 11/4/2021; however the Original post date is at least X days ago was not set and shouldn't have been applied.

Vbulletin 5.6.5 standalone install.
