I never even knew you could use the arrow keys to navigate smilies in vBulletin 3. The issue is probably because the DIV doesn't have focus when you open it. You can area and probably use your arrow keys then. I haven't checked though. I suspect that over time, Emoji will replace Smilies in usage.

The patch is working but the smilies window is fixed. I can't use the arrows to adjust the smilies window like on vB 3.8.11. I can only scroll through the smilies in this window. I's an issue for a forum with a lot of smilies/large smilies.
This is just for the record, I can live with this for now.

I have the same issue on the 5.6.5 owned version. Your patch fix the issue.

AdminCP > Styles > Style Manager
In the dropdown next to your style, select 'Edit Templates'. Next, scroll down until you see 'Content Entry Templates' and double click to expand this sub-list. You should now see that template.

OK, thanks for the info & for applying the fix, as all smilies now appear to be back in play.

Your site would be on vBulletin Cloud since it uses the vbulletin.net domain. I have applied the fix for this and rebuilt your video BBCodes. Please let me know if the issue continues.

I have the same problem but have no idea if our forum is cloud based or not: https://xring.vbulletin.net/
If not, I also have no idea how to apply the fix in post #13 as I've no knowledge of programming codes & stuff.

Can you give me a kick in the pants as to where in the AdminCP that is done? I'm still learning here...

The smiley issue that the thread is about. If you expand the smileys, they disappear.
