Edit Default System Tab Names?

Is there a relatively easy way to edit the default tab names for the system modules, such as the Group Home Module?

For example - Instead of 'Groups', I'd like it to say 'Chapters'. And instead of "Latest Activity" - "Latest Posts".

They are phrases so you can search for the text under Languages & Phrases → Search in Phrases and then update the phrases by editing them and placing your text in the translation box.
