A more descriptive error message than "Sorry, Registration has been Disabled by the Administrator" when registrant uses VPN or other disallowed IP address would be nice.

If someone tries to register for the forum and their IP address is disallowed, or they are using certain VPNs, they will get this error too.

Do you mean they can't register at http://www.granturismo.pl/forum/register? This is by design if you're actually using HTTPS. The two URLs are not interchangeable.Leave a comment:

Registration has been disabled by the administrator
It seems like people can't register a new account on the registration page:

The setting in the admin CP page called something like "settings for registered users" has the first option set to 'yes'
So where else can I find a such option that I must enable for this to work?
