There are settings in the AdminCP....
Facebook - Settings -> Options -> Facebook Options
Google - Settings -> Options -> Third Party Login Options
Both require creating accounts and keys on their respective services. The instructions are in the option descriptions and the inline help accessed by clicking the question mark on the right.Translations provided by Google.
