[Resolved] Version 5.6.4 error after update

After updating from version 4.2.3 to version 5.6.4 not without problems, I can't upload the translation and it sends me an error page, attached is the log-error, could you tell me how to solve the problem? Thank you and good day.

Make sure you're using PHP 7.2 or higher. Make sure your translation is for vBulletin 5.6.0 and higher.
