Register link error

When I click on the register link on my site, the different address goes instead of the address that should go and the site gives an error warning. How can I fix this.

should be

Destination address: https://www.velayet.online/register/...2%20UNDEFINED]

Your language file is out of date. The phrase changed in 5.6.0. You will need to revert the or_sign_up phrase and re-translate it.
