The login information publicly provided does not actually work. Either it is incorrect or someone already changed it. Though since the password was only 6 characters and not the minimum required of 8, I am thinking it was incorrect.

You need to open a support ticket to provide login information your server. Publishing it is not secure.

The information is correct to enter
But there is a problem It is that you can log in the forum
But in the control panel refuses to enter I do not know why Therefore,
enter the control panel through the forum

Why accepts the forum But entering the control panel refuses

Seems to be broken. I can't say why the admincp is broken without full access to the server. You really need to open a support ticket.

How do I open a ticket
Is support free for such problems?

You can click the "Submit Ticket" link in the footer of every forum page or email [email protected]. Issues in the forum can be escalated to ticket support if necessary.
