I installed my website inside the folder forum in public_html, using the main page to log in, the log in is accepted but the page refresh and I not logged at all, only when I go to a subforum and try to log in is when I success log in

Cannot test it as a username and password was not provided. I cannot recreate this issue here or on a test forum.

If you have edited your header template, please revert the changes. Does the issue continue?

I was able to log in via the information provided and was shown as logged in on the home page. I did not have to load any other pages. Please clear your site cookies and browser cache for your site. Does the issue continue?

I make a video showing that I cleaned cache and cookies and the problem persist, look's like a Chrome and vb5 issue because I tried in Microsoft Edge and this don't happens

This is curious since the newest versions of Edge are essentially Chrome with some Microsoft customizations on top. What version of Chrome?

Hmm..

I was able to log into your site using the same version of Chrome. Maybe one of your extensions is causing the problem. I do not have any extensions installed in Chrome at the moment. I've tried three different browsers based on the Chromium 83 engine (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Brave). All three allowed me to log in properly. Microsoft Edge and Brave both have the uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger, and Bitdefender browser extensions installed.

What extensions are you using?

I have Adblock and Chrome Remote Desktop extensions installed in Chrome

Same happens to me in anonimous mode, that not load extensions

Tried too in another computer that is old, have windows 7 and a lower version of chrome and have same problem (my main pc have lasted version of windows 10)

Forum is running php 7.2

the curious situation is this happens only in the main page, if you enter in a sub forum and try to log in, not bug

Have only logged in on the main page. When you attempt to log in on the main page, are there any errors listed in the Console tab of Chrome's developer tools? Any 404 or 500 errors listed on the network tab?

He isn't switching from www to non-www. Switching like this isn't supported. He doesn't have www in his URL at all.

This is all about loading fonts. I don't see that causing a problem. Anything in the network tab that is a 400 or 500 error? Anything "Blocked by client"?

Ok, after many tests I found the cause of this bug:
My site open with SSL and without SSL, when I load without SSL the errors in font appear and I am not able to do login but if I fix http to https the erros in font not happens and I able to log in main page.

to solve this I create a rule in htacess that redirect always to SSL, problem solved.

Because your server security is preventing the browser from loading the font files. Those are the exact errors you posted from the console above. The errors have nothing to do with JavaScript, AJAX calls to the server, or the process of logging into a vBulletin site.

Not a bug. This is actually by design. Seems I couldn't recreate it because accessing the site via HTTP was never mentioned. Even the URL provided uses HTTPS.

Choose a URL, redirect everyone to that URL through your server configuration or .htaccess file.
