  • Delete failed new pages

I've created a couple new pages that I can't seem to delete. Is there a method?

I have the same issue with hanging, timeouts and errors when trying to edit the site. The solution for me is to clear the system cache.

      Navigate to the page.

      Turn on Site Builder.

      Edit the page.

There's a checkbox to delete the page.

When you navigate to the page it tries and tries to load then it goes blank. Get edit nothing.

If you open Site Builder and Click on the Pages tab do you see your custom pages? You can delete them from there as well.

You can only delete custom pages. You can't delete default pages the system requires.

I should add a blank page usually means a JS error. Do you have NoScript or an ad blocker that might be blocking the page?

In the AdminCP go to Hooks & Products -> Product Manager. Set each product to inactive. Does the page render now? If so, re-enable the products one at a time until it fails. The last product enabled is causing the problem. What is it?

In the AdminCP go to Settings -> Options -> General Settings and disable the rendering of PHP, HTML, and Ad modules on your site. After doing this, visit your custom page. Does it render now? If so, you have an error in one of your modules, most likely a PHP module.

If it doesn't render, then what if any errors are listed on the Console tab of your browser's developer tools?

If no errors are listed there, put your site into debug mode and visit the page. What does the page say now?

Still nothing but there are fatal errors in my logs.

                One of many:
[14-Jun-2020 19:54:51 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home1/mysite.com/core/vb/library/node.php on line 1923
