Cloud hosting domain record issue

I have set up the forum in with my domain name and have linked the correct CNAME record.

However, www.domainname.com works with the CNAME

but if I enter the domain name without the www it still points to my domain registrar.


Does anyone know what records I would need to add to point the non www variant to resolve correctly?

We do not support using domainname.com to access vBulletin Cloud sites. We do not support A records or full DNS. You will have to redirect domainname.com to www.domainname.com using the tools your registrar provides. You would need to contact them to learn what those tools may be.
