  • Does vbulletin has gallery features

    Hello

I was wondering, does vbulletin 5 has gallery feature or modules, I want it for users when they upload albums, pictures will show up in latest images or gallery.

    Thanks.

vBulletin has allowed users to create image galleries since version 3.6.0. We call them "Photo Albums". They can do this by visiting their user profile and going to the Album tab. These uploaded images can be reused in content across the site.

In vBulletin 5, we renamed the Album tab to Media because we allow users to link to videos from prominent sites. We also created a default Album that contains all the images that they have uploaded to various posts. They can still create Photo Albums, upload images, and reuse those images in content elsewhere. We also added "Photo Galleries" as a content type when creating new posts. You activate this by clicking the "Camera" icon on the editor. Creating a Photo Gallery allows you to upload multiple images, as allowed by the site Administrator and give each photo a description. From there people can reply to and comment on the topic plus create their own photo galleries in the topic. Users can click on an image in a Photo Gallery and see larger versions of each one in a slide show.

In addition to this, every Forum channel should have a "Photo" tab in a default installation. This can even be made the default view of the Forum. This will show every image uploaded to the channel by topic. This allows the administrator to create system wide "Photo Galleries" that all users can share.

Admins can control how many images are allowed in an album, how many images are allowed per gallery, the size of the images displayed, how many images are displayed in a post, etc...

Yes. There is a content slider module. By default it is centered around featured article/topic content. The configuration can be changed to show the first image from Gallery Posts.

Thanks. Is there any module or way to post on top of forums, kind of photo of the month?

A specific photo? Not at the moment. You can create a search module that lists a specific node. It would have to be manually updated every month.

By the way, can I add random pictures on the bottom of the forums?
