Subject deletion permanently disabled

I can not completely delete the topic

An error message does not appear and the topic to be deleted remains

If you have permanent deletion disabled, you cannot permanently delete the topic.

Soft deleted topics will remain in the topic list for people who can see them. They will show limited information and a red background with a default style after refreshing the topic list.

Both of these actions are by design.
