Notification on comment

I have a member that is telling me that he doesn't receive a notification when someone made a comment on his post (both in his discussions or other members discussions). Is there a setting he needs to turn on?

On my account I get notifications each time.

It depends on their individual settings - https://forum.vbulletin.com/settings/notifications

They would have to manually subscribe to the topic they are replying in if they don't set auto subscription on the same page. The user can access this by selecting "User Settings" from the drop down seen by clicking their user name in the header of every page.

The "Comments on your discussion" option in the User Settings needs to be enabled.
