Putting a banner next to the logo

Hi, can someone please halp me, I have moved the search box down to the nav bar, and now I would like to put a banner (responsive) in that space to the right of the logo. I think it should be possible. But the site builder puts the ad at the very top of the forum. How can I move it to the place in the attachment?
