Our users are getting notifications if their notification settings are set to ON. However, they are not getting notifications if their settings are set to ON DAILY. Any idea how we can fix this?

There is a bug report for daily and weekly notifications. They only work currently if you manually trigger the scheduled task.Translations provided by Google.
