for a particular user, when user click Messages -> Go to Message Center -> inbox, after clicking on inbox, instead of load the inbox interface. it loads the main forum page. all the links(refer to attached pic) when click will load the main page. any advice?

I thought that once I upgraded to vb 5.2.4 and reverted to PhP 7.0.9 that this would be solved, but still:

How do you reset the message count to 0? i have 1 message showing but nothing in the message center? i have another user which shows 7 messages but they have no new messages either?
